Looking for a tasty side dish.......

Seasoned Potato Wedges

3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
3 dashes cayenne pepper (optional)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons all purpose flour
6-7 medium-large red potatoes
vegetable oil

Mix seasonings and flour together in a small bowl. Wash and slice potatoes into wedges. Place 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil on a rimmed cookie sheet, place potato wedges onto the cookie sheet. Turn the wedges to coat with oil on all sides, sprinkle the potatoes with the seasoning mixture. Turn potatoes to coat both sides with the seasoning mix. Bake at 425* F for 25-30 minutes, turning half way through the baking time, until fork tender and golden brown.
